1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "newjil," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the newjil online gaming platform, licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• "Platform" means the newjil website located at https://newjil.cam, including all games, features, promotions, and content accessible therein.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a newjil account.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a player's account by newjil.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player in Philippine Peso (PHP) that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process mandated by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any wager on newjil, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with newjil's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use a newjil account. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by PAGCOR under Philippine gaming law. newjil strictly enforces this requirement through its KYC verification process. Submission of false age information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by persons physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. You represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction. newjil makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than the Philippines.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each player may hold only one registered account on newjil. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe you have inadvertently created duplicate accounts, you must contact support immediately.

3.4 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine government-issued identification, and a valid mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). newjil reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing until verification is completed.

4. Account Conduct & Security

4.1 Account Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your newjil account. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not to disclose your username or password to any third party. newjil support agents will never ask you for your password via any channel.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify newjil immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. newjil cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their account credentials.

4.3 Account Sharing. Sharing, transferring, or selling your newjil account to any third party is strictly prohibited. Each account is intended for the sole personal use of the registered account holder. Account sharing may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.4 Accurate Contact Details. You must maintain a valid, active mobile number and email address on your account. newjil uses these contact details for account verification, transaction notifications, security alerts, and responsible gaming communications. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may delay account services.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. newjil accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallets such as GCash and Maya are typically credited to the player's account in real time. Bank transfer deposits processed via InstaPay or PesoNet may take up to two (2) hours depending on the banking network. newjil is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00 PHP. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on account verification status and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

5.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that you lawfully own and that originate from legitimate, legal sources. Deposits made using funds derived from illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.5 Deposit Limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits via their account settings as part of newjil's responsible gaming tools. Once a deposit limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing. newjil processes withdrawal requests as promptly as practicable, with the majority of requests completed within one (1) to three (3) hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method, account verification status, and applicable compliance checks.

6.2 KYC Requirement. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until the player's account has been fully verified through the KYC process. This includes submission and approval of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

6.3 Withdrawal to Source of Deposit. In accordance with anti-money laundering regulations, newjil may require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for deposits, up to the deposited amount. Winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn via any verified payment method on the account.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00 PHP. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.5 Right to Review. newjil reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance reviews on withdrawal requests where fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected. During such review periods, withdrawals may be temporarily delayed. Players will be notified of any hold and the expected resolution timeframe.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by newjil are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7.3 One Bonus Per Offer. Each promotional offer is available to each eligible player once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the creation of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

7.4 Game Contribution. Different game types may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wagers toward wagering requirements, while table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

7.5 newjil's Right to Modify Promotions. newjil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect players who have already opted into the promotion in good faith and who are actively progressing toward meeting applicable wagering requirements.

8. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the newjil Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. newjil accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

8.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on newjil are certified by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as certified and are not manipulated. Certification documentation is maintained on file in accordance with PAGCOR requirements.

8.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure, newjil reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to affected players. A malfunction voids all associated pays and plays. newjil is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

8.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. newjil reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including at the account level, where unusual betting patterns are detected.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the newjil Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false age information;
• Creating more than one account per individual;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities;
• Colluding with other players to exploit games, promotions, or platform features;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors or platform vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to support immediately;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to newjil;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing newjil staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or funds without their explicit authorization;
• Accessing the Platform via VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic access restrictions.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. newjil is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy — and we invest in tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

10.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all newjil account holders and can be configured via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-platform notifications after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your newjil account and prohibit re-registration for a minimum of 12 months.

10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude must contact newjil support directly. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During the self-exclusion period, the player's account will be closed, promotional communications will cease, and the player will be prevented from creating a new account. newjil reports self-exclusion requests to PAGCOR in accordance with regulatory requirements.

10.4 Mandatory Age Verification. The 21+ age requirement is verified during KYC and remains a standing obligation. Any account found to be held by a player under 21 — regardless of when the breach is discovered — will be immediately closed.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the newjil Platform — including but not limited to the newjil brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of newjil or its licensed suppliers and game providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or transfer any content from the Platform without the express written consent of newjil.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Service Availability. newjil strives to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and factors outside newjil's control — including telecommunications outages, third-party payment processor failures, and force majeure events — may temporarily affect Platform availability. newjil is not liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability caused by such factors.

12.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, newjil's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the claim.

12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. newjil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the Platform, even if newjil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.4 Player Decisions. Players participate in games of chance voluntarily. newjil accepts no responsibility for a player's gaming outcomes or financial decisions made in connection with their use of the Platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Please play responsibly.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by newjil. newjil reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where newjil reasonably determines that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to newjil; or (c) the player's account activity is inconsistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements.

13.2 Balance Following Termination. Where an account is terminated due to a player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, newjil reserves the right to void all pending bets and forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable compliance checks.

13.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting newjil support. Closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. All verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the player following completion of applicable KYC and compliance requirements. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

14. Amendments to Terms

newjil reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email notification and/or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material amendments — including typographical corrections and formatting updates — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

15.2 PAGCOR Regulatory Oversight. newjil operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players who believe that newjil has acted in contravention of PAGCOR regulations may file a complaint with PAGCOR directly. newjil fully cooperates with all PAGCOR regulatory inquiries and dispute resolution processes.

15.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, all disputes regarding game outcomes, transactions, or account decisions should be directed to newjil's support team via live chat. newjil commits to responding to formal written disputes within five (5) business days and resolving them within fifteen (15) business days where possible.
